Yoga with live Music 

Immerse yourself into the present moment. We practise yoga in the form of asanas, meditation and chanting. It clears our mind, opens our heart and connects us to the divine. This session will be guided by Sarah Creations who is an experienced yoga teacher for many years. She brings this ancient wisdom in a pure and joyful way. With the live music of Engelbert we can dive even deeper into our body and soul. Journey with us with sounds of guitar, Persian santoor, harmonium and voice.

Vinyasa Kundalini Yoga

This practice creates a vitalizing and calm state of consciousness by combining Himalayan breathing techniques, vinyasa and kriyas. It will help you to release stagnant energy, activate prana (vital energy) and open you to your true essence. We conclude the practice with chanting and meditation accompanied with live music. These different practices of yoga connect you deeper to yourself. No experience is necessary, just come as you are.

Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga guides you into holistic stillness. The body gradually opens up as the postures are held passively for several minutes. Through these long-held postures the connective tissues are targeted and the nervous system is given an opportunity to rest deeply. We allow our system to surrender into an unshakable presence. We conclude the practice with a deep state of Savasana guided by sound meditation with poems, mantras or live music. No experience is necessary, just come as you are.
